Daniel J. Porter

Daniel J. Porter has served as an executive coach for more than twenty-five years. He trained at Case Western Reserve University under Richard Boyatzis, widely regarded as a co-founder of Emotional Intelligence. A lifelong learner, Daniel continues his studies at Case, working extensively with the neuroscience of leadership.

Throughout his career, Daniel has held senior advisory roles at the highest levels of organizations, including serving as Chief of Staff to CEOs of multi-billion-dollar enterprises. He has advised board- and cabinet-level executives across numerous industries, including retail and technology, and most recently supported Inova Health System, named Press Ganey Healthcare System of the Year.

Daniel is also the published author of twenty-four books, including three national bestsellers with more than two million copies in print. He describes his approach to coaching simply and powerfully: his role is to help individuals navigate the complexities of their lives in pursuit of their highest and best self.
