The Risk
Ignoring Team Member Wellbeing
The research is clear. The direct connection between team performance and team wellbeing is so compelling that it cannot be denied. Or more directly stated, ignore the research at your own risk.

- Employees are 5X more likely to trust leadership
- Employees are 69% less likely to actively search for a new job
- Employees are 5X more likely to strongly advocate for the company as a place for others to work
- Employees are 31% more likely to be thriving in their overall lives
- Employees experience 71% lower burnout
The Model
Introducing the CREW Assessment: Evolving from simply caring about your team, to effectively demonstrating your commitment.
The Model
CREW (Connecting Results with Employee Wellbeing) is an acronym rooted in three decades of corporate team experience. It was developed through the analysis of studies, articles, blogs, and books to identify the best practices for leaders fostering a culture of wellbeing. The CREW Assessment model is built on evidence-based neuroscience principles, with results arranged in an order that represents the practices that a leader can deploy to embed the benefits of wellbeing in a team’s culture.
The Assessment
We worked with nationally recognized experts in people science and the measurement of human behavior to create an assessment that will instantly allow a leader to understand what is working well in their efforts to build a vibrant culture within their team – a culture that supports both the collective and individual wellbeing of its members (including the leader!) The CREW Assessment is a “Team-360°” that allows every member to share reflections of their experience as a member of the team.
The Report
One of the critical benefits of the CREW Assessment is the immediate usability of the report. We designed the assessment so that each question reflects the best practices that a leader should follow. For example, the question ‘My Leader models a commitment to personal wellbeing’ helps a leader understand how their team perceives their wellbeing, enabling them to quickly identify any areas for improvement.
