Joseph Machicote is an ICF Certified Executive, Leadership, and Neurolinguistic Programming Coach, as well as an Organizational Culture Engineer. A former executive and Chief Human Resources Officer, Joe brings more than 30 years of experience leading public and private equity, multi-billion-dollar organizations. Across organizations such as Premier Inc., Erickson Senior Living, Snyder’s-Lance, and Compass Group, he has led large-scale culture and HR transformations for workforces ranging from 15,000 to 150,000 employees.

Joe’s leadership experience includes rebuilding trust after organizational crises, shaping enterprise workplace strategy, creating corporate universities, guiding major mergers and acquisitions, and managing HR and operating budgets of up to $30 million. Having built high-performing cultures at scale, he brings both credibility and practical insight to his coaching work.
